1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, booking a service, or purchasing a product from Curate Calm LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Curate Calm LLC provides home organization, decluttering, and related consulting services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

Curate Calm LLC provides professional home, office and space organizing and cleaning. Our service Sacred Space Healing may involve spiritual energy healing, wellness consulting, if requested; and digital content, and related offerings (“Services”). All services are intended for personal growth, education, and wellness and lifestyle support. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments & Cancellations

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase.
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund or credit.
Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a full charge, and at the very least is a forfeiture of paid deposit.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both parties.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee of full amount of deposit paid at time of confirmed and scheduled service booking.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. We may, at our discretion, issue a credit toward a future service. Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective results, clients agree to:
Provide safe, accessible working conditions in the home as discussed at time of consultation or prior to scheduled service..
Disclose any hazards or sensitive conditions prior to service.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Curate Calm LLC is not liable for:
Damages to items during decluttering or organizing unless due to gross negligence.
Decisions made by the client regarding donations, discards, or storage.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, recordings, and materials—is the property of Curate Calm LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curate Calm LLC provides services and content “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
