Refund Policy

Consultations are complimentary and are scheduled for 1 hour.

Any and all other services require a 50% deposit prior to start of service(s) and must be received at least 48 hours in advance to confirm and lock-in booking.

Please note that time is spent planning and preparing to provide services. Last minute cancellations effect scheduling and potential loss of other bookings. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. We may, at our discretion, issue a credit toward a future service.

 

Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.

 

To reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance forfeits your deposit, and cannot be applied to future bookings.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• 50% payment of Total Services agreed prior to services rendered is due at the time of booking or purchase, or at least 48 hours prior to scheduled start date.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund or credit.

• Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a full charge, and forfeits deposits paid.​
